products according to
Customers and/or Clients specification.
Web-sign-graphics.com
is
not responsible for spelling or typographical errors, color
match variances or incorrect size specifications made by the
Customers and/or Clients.
Web-sign-graphics.com generally
will not authorize a RMA number for custom manufactured
products.
Customers and Clients must notify
web-sign-graphics.com
within 48 hrs
of any issues.
Any
orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be
charged a 40% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24
hrs after order placement will be charged a 5% cancellation fee
Need to Return a product?
Web-sign-graphics.com generally
will not authorize a RMA number for custom manufactured
products.
To return a product at
web-sign-graphics.com, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
service@web-sign-graphics.com. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.
To request an RMA:

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item number(s)
- Nature of the problem
Web-sign-graphics.com generally
will not authorize a RMA number for custom manufactured
products.
In general,
web-sign-graphics.com
accepts returns within
30
days only. However, web-sign-graphics.com
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

- ORIGINAL
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
- Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
web-sign-graphics.com.
